“Information Security Governance and the Risks of Cyber Attacks (Awareness – Threats – Protection Measures)”
The course was organized in cooperation with the Continuing Education Center and the College of Petroleum Engineering Operations, with the participation of university staff and students, as part of efforts to enhance awareness of information security and digital safety.
The course was held during the period (4–5–7 January 2026) at the College of Petroleum Engineering Operations and the building of the General Secretariat of the Central Library, in accordance with the announced schedule. It included scientific and practical lectures that contributed to raising the level of awareness of cyber risks and methods of prevention, in addition to the distribution of an awareness brochure for students containing digital protection guidelines.
